Terms and conditions
Please note that to proceed with the course at the school, a minimum of 16 registrations is required. If we receive between 9 and 15 registrations, the course will be relocated to the Waikato Driving School Office at 14 Karen Crescent, Dinsdale, Hamilton 3204. We will make every effort to inform all students of any changes in advance.

Course Registration and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our course. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our registration and cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

Registration Policy:

• Registration must be completed one week prior to the start of the course. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations up to 24 hours Before the Course Start Date: If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so until one day before the course begins without incurring any cancellation fees. If you have made any payments, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• No Refunds Within the Course Start Date: Please note that if the cancellation occurs within the course start date, refunds will not be issued. We allocate resources and make arrangements based on confirmed registrations, and late cancellations do not allow us sufficient time to adjust.

You are welcome to transfer your booking to a future course.
